Joseph J. Capista, DDS

After graduating from Bonner High School in 1968, Dr. Capista received his BS in Biology from LaSalle University and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1976 and then completed a general practice residency at the Philadelphia General Hospital. He is the Senior Dentist and founder of Williamsburg Dental.   Since 2001, Dr. Capista has completed extensive post-graduate training at the renowned Las Vegas Institute (LVI) of Advanced Dental Studies to learn the art of cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers.  He has transformed hundreds of smiles and has been the Preferred Cosmetic Dentist of the Sixers Dancers since 2004.  Dr. Capista is a respected authority on aesthetic dentistry and conducts seminars throughout the region on the latest cosmetic and restorative techniques.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and the Chester/Delaware County Dental Society.  Dr. Capista is an avid runner and enjoys traveling with his wife and playing golf.
